- There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns. However, depending on the condition of the product and packaging, we may charge a higher restocking fee.Â

Warranty Information
- Warranty is offered by manufacturer.
- Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
- Wear & Tear is excluded from all warranty coverage for any item.
- Warranty period may differ from brand to brand, please check with us to find out more.
Service and Repairs For International Customers
- Service and repairs will be provided free of charge for items that are within the warranty period and comply with warranty terms.Â
- Customer will bear shipping costs to and from Singapore.
- If a replacement is required within 14 days of receipt, we will dispatch the replacement upon receiving the defective item. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is made.
- For items no longer covered by warranty, we remain committed to supporting you through to the completion of service. Please note that a service fee may apply if charges are incurred from the manufacturer.
- Any applicable service fees or charges will be communicated for your approval prior to proceeding.
