Expiry:

Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Black tiers: 1 year

Black reserve tier: 2 years

STORM VIP tiers do not expire, as long as the member is the current STORM owner. Should the unit be sold, the new owner can apply to enjoy the STORM VIP tier, and the previous owner will have their STORM VIP tier revoked.

"},{"title":"How do the STORM VIP tiers work?","content":"

STORM owners start off with perks that mirror standard VIP tiers (e.g Diamond, Black & Black Reserve), depending on which edition STORM they own and where the unit was initially sold from.

Should you be the current owner of the STORM, please write in to us and we will instate your STORM VIP privileges. We will revoke the STORM VIP privileges of the previous owner.

STORM VIP tiers will need to earn the necessary points needed for a tier promotion. For example, STORM Diamond VIP tier members will still need to earn 10000 points in order to advance to the Black tier to enjoy inceased perks and benefits.

STORM Diamond VIP tier: Be a current RE STORM owner with your STORM initially purchased through a retailer. Tier lasts indefinitely.

STORM Black VIP tier: Be a current RE STORM owner with your STORM initially purchased through Subtonic/Nihilo. Tier lasts indefinitely.

STORM Black Reserve VIP tier: Be a current LE STORM owner. Tier lasts indefinitely.
