Nereus Aluminum is a larger, MagSafe-compatible dongle with a reference and balanced sound without harshness or treble grit. Compared to the Nereus Mini that is mid-forward, the Nereus Aluminum is more balanced and neutral, but retains that smooth and liquid timbre. Expect larger and more holographic imaging that is rid of any ESS glare or grit.
Note that this listing is for the Aluminum variant of the Nereus. Nereus also comes in a Brass chassis which is tuned differently. This Brass variant is warmer and more tangible in imaging, while the aluminum is more neutral and incisive.
Note that the pictured USB cable does not come with the Nereus. The specially tuned USB cable for phone/computer streaming can be purchased here.
