Nereus Brass is a larger, MagSafe-compatible dongle with a warm and almost tube-like sound. Compared to the Nereus Mini that is mid-forward, the Nereus Brass is more balanced and neutral, but retains that smooth and liquid timbre. Expect larger and more holographic imaging that is rid of any ESS glare or grit.
Note that this listing is for the Brass variant of the Nereus. Nereus also comes in a aluminum chassis which is tuned differently. This Brass variant is warmer and more tangible in imaging, while the aluminum is more neutral and incisive.
The brass will also age naturally over time, accumulating scratches and discolouration. Please understand and accept the natural aging process, and purchase only if you are comfortable with this.
Note that the pictured USB cable does not come with the Nereus. The specially tuned USB cable for phone/computer streaming can be purchased here.
